coopers mixican cerveza kit

hi all new here and new to brewing ive just bought a coopers mexican ceveza kit and was wonderin what was best yeast to use as ive heard the yeast u get with kit is no good but i have heard saflager s23 mentioned could any 1 give me some tips on what yeast to use and how to brew it also i bought a 1kg back of muntons beer enhancer as they didnt stock coopers enhancer 2 will this do the same? please can any 1 give me tips on how to do it thanks regards mick
