I started the coopers draught last wednesday ( its now tuesday of the following week ) , added a pound of DME , it took a day or two to really get going but the airlock remained active for about 2 days. Now the air lock has stopped and the cup inside it dont appear to have any pressure pushing it up , just sits there about as low as it can get. Ive lost the directions so I cant refer to them for fermentation time. How long should I leave it in the fermentation bucket ? ( not doing secondary )
