Hi i have just found this forum and noticed a lot of people asming about temps for the australian coopers home brew.
Im from australia and have been brewing on and off for a while.
Most of australia gets hot. Way above 28.
My last batch of ceveza got to 36 in the fermenter. When i bottled it at 10 days it was nice and nearly ready to drink.
so if your coopers is a bit warm its ok, its made for it. If it wasnt 3/4 of the country wouldnt be able to brew.
so yes by all means try to control your temps but dont panic it will work.
