I'll be kegging for the first time in the next week or so, but I'm getting ahead of myself and wondering if it's possible to link two Taprite 3741 Primary regulators to each other? I've got two kegs, two 3741's and one CO2 tank.
I've got one dual gauge and one single gauge regulators. (See attached)

Is there a pipe fitting that I can use to connect these together and serve two kegs at once?
Thanks! :)

According to this parts breakdown of the Taprite 3741 primary:

Both the gas in and hi pressure out are left-hand threads. (Pretty standard on primaries)

So you're going to need a nipple that is 1/4" NPT male LHT on both sides, like for example one of these:
