All Stainless brewstand, three March with stainless Chugger pump heads upgraded to the High Flow impellor heads. 20 gallon "Stout" (https://conical-fermenter.com/Brew-kettles/) kettles with custom thermowell ports and tangential inlets. HLT has an upgraded 50' stainless coil for heat exchange (Mash Temp maintenance ... HERMS process but can be reconfigured for RIMS process), Mashtun comes with custom sparge arm, false bottom AND HopStopper, Boilpot has convex bottom and tangential inlet for wort recirculation and collection of break material. Fittings are all 1.5" TriClover compatible. Brewery /temperature control all provided by BCS 462 (https://www.embeddedcc.com/bcs462.html). Three burners fed by Honeywell Smart Valves. Custom touchscreen panel with manual overrides for major components (pumps, burners, freshwater), lighted switches, embedded laptop. Individual temp monitoring for all three pots, wort return to Mashtun, and electronic equipment (all enclosed in removable stainless box).
Comes with a tender cart which holds all triclover clamps, drying rack for tubing and silicone seals, hop spider, etc. Cart is also set up to hold the Duda Deisel plate chiller, Brewer's Hardware Trub Filter, in-line O2 (comes with 5lb O2 tank) and all necessary fixtures to set up filter and in-line O2 as wort pumped to fermenter. Cart is on wheels and carrys all necessary equipment to brew (mash paddle, spoon, rinse bucket, O2 tank, etc.) $2750.
