I have 3 commercial TRAULSEN G-Series Refrigerators with Intela-Traul PID Temp Controllers.

By Default it only goes up to 40 at its peak. I want to use these to ferment my 14.5 Gallon Blichmann Conical Fermentors.

Does anyone know how you would override the temp restriction to be able to get them up to ale and lager temperatures (high as 70 and low as 40)

I appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks,

Typically, you obtain a temperature controller, (Johnson, Dwyer/Love, etc) and plug the refrigerator into the controller. The controller has a separate temperature sensor, which you put into the fridge - so that sensor controls the power-on function of the refrigerator.
