commercial keg issue

I just hooked up my first commercial keg to my kegerator. There's nothing but foam spitting out and it sounds like the keg is bubbling when trying to pour. My psi is set at 12. Anyone know what to do?

How long are your lines?

Maybe pure the keg a little and then put the gas back on it.

Figures it out. I'm an idiot I had the in/out reversed
