I currently use a 7 gallon electric turkey fryer to 5 gallon batches. I use the fryer as my HLT and my boil kettle. It works well, but I'm ready for an upgrade. I want to have an electric system but I want to stay as cheap as possible. I already have a keg (purchased, NOT stolen) to convert. The system needs to be a few things:

- 120 V, because I will be brewing in an apartment
- Mobile, see above
- Cheat, because I'm a college student
- Able to brew 5 gallon batches, no need for a 10 gallon system.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!
