Trying cold crashing then bottling. Since it's already cold Do I need to bottle condition in the fridge ?

You cold crash to help settle more stuff at the bottom so when you siphon into a bottling bucket (or whatever your method is), you're bringing over less of the yeast and stuff that is floating around in the beer.

Once you have bottled, you need to raise the temperate back up so that the yeast can condition your beer. If it stays refrigerator cold, your yeast will probably be very very slow or inactive.
