hi guys,
i have an AIPA at 1.008 in a secondary right now and i am planning to dry hop, add mango pulp and cold crash.
here is my question. do you think i could add the pulp while still frozen along with the hops and then cold crash it just like that?
i know that the hop aroma wont be as pronounced but i could over compensate a little to amp it up.
i dry hopped and cold crashed simultaneously for my last batch and it worked quite well so that isn't my concern so much as the frozen fruit aspect. the reason i am considering adding it frozen is because i cold crash on my enclosed back porch and the forecast has one warm day among several cold ones.

fyi i am bottle conditioning but will be sure to add the fruit sugar in my calculations thanks to the handy chart in my 'experimental homebrewing' book :)

thanks in advance!
