Over night I cold brewed an organic medium-roast coffee and it is currently in the fridge waiting to be added at bottling time this weekend. I plan to add this dark, rich, low acidity, cold-brewed coffee to my Oatmeal Stout tomorrow! I will be gauging the amount added by sampling at a smaller ratio.

What is your favorite technique? What have you done in the past? What are you drinking now?

I've done cold brew and I've added beans to secondary.

I was completely underwhelmed by the cold pressed. The "dry beaning" provided tons of coffee aroma and flavor, exactly what I was looking for. I think the alcohol extraction helps. The way I see it is why should I be watering down my beer.
