Co2 tank in cooler

Is there any problem with keeping the Co2 tank in the cooler?

In my experience not an issue. The high pressure gage will drop a few hundred pounds as the bottle cools down and then level out but it's not harming anything. Some people have mentioned concerns about the temp being bad for the regulator. I've never had a problem with it.
