I have an esgestar kc2000 twin tap and am trying to add an additional co2 line as I have a dual co2 regulator. Does anyone have an idea as to what size drill bit to use or what I should use to seal up the area to prevent any cool air from escaping?

The hole size will depend on the tubing you use - they're not all 7/16" OD (like Bevlex 200).

Alternatively, and highly recommended by me, is to install SS 1/4" MFL-MFL self-sealing bulkheads (7/16" hole size), then use 1/4" FFL swivel nuts/barbs on your gas lines outside and in.

No worries about sealing, or nicking the gas line on the hole edge.
I use these on all of my coolers, work great...

Cheers!

Hi Pete, did you end up widening the existing hole or drilling a new hole for the second CO2 line? I'm planning on purchasing an EdgeStar KC2000SSTWIN and already have a dual pressure regulator (T752HP). Just wondering where you, if you did, drill the second hole?

Any pictures of your modification would be appreciated! Thanks!
