This tiny closet perfectly fits my budding obsession. It keeps beer in the darkness and is in the coolest and most stable part of the house. Above what you see is a wire shelf that holds a 5 gallon cooler and a cold crash/bottling bucket (aka Mr Beer keg).

Those are three gallon carboys on the floor. ..tight fit!

Next I'm going to put a night-vision webcam on the carboys so that I can check up on my little yeasties while at work. :p

Nice bro! :mug: Love the bottles of ESB, adds character!

now that's a pipeline!

You callin' me an alcoholic? :cross: But, yeah.

Love the bottles of ESB, adds character!

Say, they do! I call it research. This was the first time I consciously drank ESB. I'm reading a book on tasting beer called the Naked Pint and before this book I couldn't tell you the difference between an ale, a lager, or a wheat beer. So this is an exciting time. I can't believe I still have two bottles of ESB left though.
