i've been on a quest to make a honey grapefruit IPA. my first attempt was pretty bad but my second much better. it's plenty dry, bitter and a hint of that honey which is all good but i didn't get that grapefruit kick out of it. i know that there's a million threads about how to get yer grapefruit on but on paper, this seems pretty good. anybody see something i could switch up or is just a matter of trying a different hop schedule/variety? thanks!
