Hey guys new member, thought I would have some fun with my first post by opening up a discussion on a recipe recommendation/creation based on the leftover ingredients i'm looking to clean up. Traditionally, hoppy pales ales and IPA are my comfort zone, but i'm definitely willing to open up this brew to anything.

Part 2 of this topic will be a detailed log of my brew day so I can get some best practice feedback from the community.

Malts
- Ample 2 Row Pale
- 1kg Light Crystal
- 1 kg Carapils
- 1 kg toasted wheat flakes

Hops (Pellets)
- 3 oz Chinook (would like to use them all)
- 12 oz Cascade
- 12oz Serian Golding
- 12 oz Cascade

Yeasts (Wyeast Harvested)
- 1056 American Ale
- 1332 Northwest Ale
- 1098 British Ale

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions!
