Ok so we plan to do 2 brews the first time through. We like the idea of having two beers when all is said and done to compare and contrast.

Anyways we have been discussing it - and we are wondering how crazy we have to go cleaning and sanitzing the keggle before and in between each brew?

We will be using one keggle for both brews.

Is it safe to assume that a thorough cleaning would be enough - and since we will be boiling the wort there isn't much to worry about? Or should we will the keggle full of Star-San solution prior to each use?

thanks

I don't sanitize the keggle before use, just clean it. You are right in thinking the heat will be enough.
