Hello,
I'm a new brewer and newer still to this forum.
I'm trying to go all grain and just purchased an used grain mill. Unfortunately, the steel rollers are quite stained and have a rusty area. Given the uneven surface, does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can clean them?
Thank you very much.

Take a steel wire brush to the rollers and clean them up good and then use some air to blow the rollers clean.

If you don't have a compressor, a can of keyboard air duster would work.

Thank you for that idea. I imagined that this called for a chemical approach but I'll definitely try this option first.
