City Water report how bad is it???

How Bad? Doesnt look to bad to me. At least your water company puts some numbers you can use in it. Looks like it has chloramine in it so you'll wanna get some campden tablets to get rid of that. Other than that no numbers jump out at me should be fine for brewing.
