Hey everyone,
This is the first recipe I've posted, but I think it's awesome. Obviously, as the name suggests, this is a very citrusy, clean and balanced IPA. Not crazy on the IBU's (coming in at about 64-65) but that's what I was looking for. My brother in law and I brewed this about three weeks ago and we were shooting for a super citrusy IPA, and that's what we ended up with. Tastes like fresh squeezed tangerine juice with bready (but not sweet) malt. Clean, dry and super balanced after just 5 days in the bottle. Our efficiency sucked hard because we had a stuck mash and had to dump the mash and fix the false bottom in our MLT, hence the very low efficiency. You'll want to adjust for that in your recipe calculations. Enjoy!
