Clean bitter start dry piney resinous and tropical fruit finish, huge grapefruit nose.
#11 11oz Briess Pale Ale
12 oz Table Sugar
1oz Nugget @ 60 Min
1.35oz Citra @ Flameout
1.35oz Simcoe @ Flameout
2.5oz Citra Dry Hop for 3 Days
2.5oz Simcoe Dry Hop for 3 Days

Mash @ 152 for 60 minutes

Water Profile:
Ca 91ppm Mg 0ppm Na 0ppm Cl 72ppm SO4 150ppm

When I brew again I would be interested to see how a 15 min addition would go over in this beer. For the time being I'll enjoy the hell out of this one. Super easy brew. Cheers all!
