0.5 lbs Carapils

*mash at 152 F

1.00 oz Citra [11 %] (60 min) Hops
2.00 oz Citra [11 %] (20 min) Hops
0.5 oz Citra [11 %] (15 min) Hops

0.5 oz Citra (Knockout)

2 oz Citra Dry hopped

This turned out to be a pretty solid beer. It did taste a bit harsher coming out of the secondary then out of the primary so I’m not sure the dry hopping did much for it. I would step up the IBUs a notch for next time.
