So I want to build myself a keggle MLT. I was thinking that in the future I would like to have some form of CIP in place and also I didn't want to lug a keg + a 10 gallon batch worth of grain around to empty out. So I was thinking about doing the upside down keg approach with a 2" triclover into a 2" tee, the straight through would go to a 2" ball valve for dumping and washing out grain. The tee branch would go to a 2" y strainer then reduce down to a 1/2" or 3/4" ball valve for the outlet/pump suction.
Anyone see issues with this? Channeling if using it for a recirc system maybe?
