here is my recipe
4L apple juice
1/2 pound brown sugar
1/2 pound honey
1/2 packet lav ec1118
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
heated juice to 155 deg
disolved sugar then cooled
pitched yeast

SEPT 30 OG 1.045
OCT 7 SG 0.998

there is no airlock activity, I racked to secondary today and after 7 hrs still no activity.
is it done fermentation?
can I bottle and carb it?
should I have put the spices into the secondary to get the spice flavor?
the cider tastes great but just wondering if its done.
