Steep Grain to 170F
Add Pearle/Cascade @ Boil
Add Extract @ 30 Min
Add Cascade @ 10 min

Pitched Yeast @ 72F, Gravity Held at 1.011 day 9, Continued in primary until day 12 when I was able to get more hops. Racked to Secondary, Left for 10 days. Bottled with 5 oz, corn sugar.
