Christmas Beers Are Coming...

Hello all, I'm trying to put together an all grain recipe to have ready for the upcoming holiday season and looking for some ideas. I'm thinking of maybe a spicy saison, but adding some unique spices to set it off. Does anyone have experience either food or bad with unique Christmas beers? Thanks all!
