Chocolate wine...

Know it is the new big thing, and I must admit I have had a lot of requests from friends to try making one, does anyone have any experience with this? If so I could really use some advice!

I made a Chocolate, Cherry Meade....which I got from Jack Keller's site. It takes over two years before one can drink it, as it takes time for the oils to break down in the meade...
