Wanted to run this idea by everyone and see if everyone has any suggestions.
Let the below ingredients soak for 7-10 days:
1/2 Cup Vanilla Vodka
1/2 Vanilla Bean Cut and spread with knife
3 oz Chocolate Nibs Roasted
Then plan is to filter out the nibs and vanilla bean and add the liquid to the keg and then let it lager for 2-3 weeks and have it ready to tap on Christmas eve.
Just not sure if I will get enough chocolate and thinking of doing the add to nibs with the liquid to the keg directly.
