So, I have a small closet that I ferment all of my brew but live in Northern CA. And gets pretty hot during summer months and have issues keeping fermentation temps regulated. I don't have room for a keezer or another fridge; I was thinking of potentially lining the closet with some type of cooling blanket or pad, has anyone ever done something like this?
