Chiller on steroids?

I was browsing some local classifieds and came across this piece of equipment, a Virtis Freezemobile 3 Lyophilizer Freezer. Looks like it's intended for freeze drying, but maybe it could be re-purposed as part of an insanely powerful chiller. I'm in the middle of rebuilding/upgrading my brewery, so I've exhausted my beer budget for the next 12 months. In other words I know better than to even suggest to SWMBO that I might want to pick this up, but I thought I'd post it on here in case someone is interested.

Cool. I'd love to take a shot at freeze-drying yeast in that thing. And some other stuff. Fun fun. Maybe not $100 worth of fun tho.

maybe use it for fractional freezing? Make your own 30% ABV beers at home?

Wrap that around your keggle and wait probably less than 2 minutes to get it down to temp... or wait a bit longer and get a beer popsicle heh
