This post might be best in meads but I’m attempting Chicha with corn meal and doing the mastication thing to start the breakdown of the corn meal. We will see what kind of bribe my kids will need to chew on dried corn meal! Ha!
anyhow, has anyone attempted this? Any tips? Sounds easy enough.
