Hello everybody. I am a high school math teacher in Southwest Michigan. I have brewed about 8-9 batches of Brewer's Best kit beers, and I found this site today while researching, after the fact, my first two batches of Applewine. I think I will probably spend a lot of time on here, as it seems to be a huge source of brewing knowledge. With winter time here in Michigan, I will undoubtedly spend whatever time I don't spend rabbit hunting or ice fishing in the pursuit of homebrewed beverages!
