I just found your forum after listening to a recent episode of The Session of The Brewing Network. I have been homebrewing for about 10+years with a long break in the middle of all that. I recently upgraded all my equipment from a 10-gallon kettle and 5-gallon Gott cooler mash tun to large enough kettles to brew 10-gallon all-grain batches.
