I just wanted to greet everyone here and say thanks for all the help I've found here already! I'm a newbie and just about to start my first batch of beer probably next weekend. I have 2-1gal batches of cider still bubbling in secondary now after about a month. Gonna be bottling that in the next week or 2 and let sit for 3 or 4 months if I can wait long enough
