So I've wanted to Home Brew for sometime now (I joined this site back in '06), but only emptied my spare change out of the 5 gallon carboy today... I hope to start my 1st Pale Ale this weekend, so I'm sure you all will be seeing more of me.

Woo!! I grew up around Chattanooga and am always up on Lookout Mtn (GA side) brewing with my dad... well at least once every couple of months. What part of Chattanooga are you from?
