Changing Tastes

As I've gotten more and more into IPA's, I've become a fan of thinner-tasting beers. When I opened up my "favorite" homebrew last night, I was very disappointed. The creamy mouthfeel of my APA that I once yearned for, has all but disappeared over the last month.

I wanted to share this experience because misery loves company

before I started home-brewing My favorite style of beer was a strong IPA with lots of hop flavor/aroma. While I do still enjoy these I have found a greater appreciation for malty flavored beers and also strong yeast flavors.
