Main question for now is I notice the all grain recipe uses pilsner
malt and extract uses light extract. Is there much difference when dealing with extract?

There is a pilsner extract (liquid), so that is what you would want to use if possible. The light will be darker in color and probably finish higher than pilsner.

Here's what I have so far. It's kind of a mix between a recipe my friend ha and the zymurgy clone recipe. Not really worried about it being a clone just want it to be good

8 oz wheat malt
8oz flaked wheat
3.5 lbs pils extract
3 lbs wheat extract
5oz dextrose
.75 bravo 60 min
1 oz citra 0 min
1 oz centennial 0 min
.5 oz cascade 0 min

Wyeast high gravity Trappist yeast
