I’ve had my Cereal Kill grain mill for about 10 years and has been great with no issues im until recently. The last couple of batches I have run through it, I have had to empty the hopper as the non powered roller was not rolling. It moves just fine by hand with no grain. It will also work with a pound or less of grain. And more than that, it gets stuck.

I have not made any changes to it recently. Last time I changed anything was 2 years ago to get a tighter BIAB crush. .028 I believe.

Do you think after all this time it has debris making it get stuck? Anyone take theirs apart?

Check the non-powered roller and the surrounding components for any grain dust, husks, or other debris that might be causing the roller to stick. Inspect the bearings and bushings for wear and tear. Over time, these parts can degrade and cause the roller to move less freely. Then use a brush or compressed air to clean out any debris from the rollers, bearings, and the surrounding areas. You can also use a damp cloth to wipe down the components, but make sure they are completely dry before reassembly to prevent rust.

If cleaning and adjustment don't resolve the issue, disassembling the mill might be necessary. This can be a more involved process, so proceed with caution. Consult the manual or online guides for specific disassembly instructions for your Cereal Killer model. Be sure to remember the order you take things apart to ensure proper reassembly.
