Once used Catalyst Fermenter with optional cover and spare lid/gasket for beer/wine/cider making. I ordered this from MoreBeer and when received one of the locking tabs on the original lid was cracked. MoreBeer sent me a replacement lid that works as intended so this will include the original cracked lid (most likely will still work if needed) and a spare lid gasket. I also still have the original box and manual for this. I only used this for one brew (Pineapple IPA) and found that I prefer my stainless fermenter.
