I really like mine but the collection jar is the next build for me, I will be putting a ball valve on the bottom for easier collections and then I wont have the jar full of air to put back on or mass with taking it off and puttng it back, I cant wait to see how it goes

I was and it was great but after a year the thing just leaks around the valve and seal so its become unusable. Also the slope of the conical is not steep enough and stuff builds up along the side too easily. That plus the small ridge at the bottom just before the collection jar makes collecting yeast and trub challenging sometimes..
