yes, the cask breather regulator will work but not the spigots (they are designed to connect to wood or plastic bungs) you would connect the regulator to standard corny gas-in disconnects.

i have read about people using propane gas regulators as cask breathers, since they operate at very low pressure and are much cheaper than a real british cask breather.

I am using a propane regulator as a ghetto cask breather and it is working very well. Just hook up a co2 from a manifold into the propane regulator, and the out from the regulator to a corny quick disconnect. I have 3 kegs (2 regular, 1 cask) and I can pump up the pressure to force carbonate or dispense from the regular kegs, and the hand pump stays fresh and no beer pours out.
