Will it see future release?
Bing Cut and Balaton Cut b2 didn't carb-up in the bottle. So after awhile, Troy gave up and started opening them at releases for $6 a glass (normally $10 for Cuts). He called them the "Sleeper Series". After some time of doing this, the Balatons started carbing. So he released those bottles to the public.

I've heard no word on Bing being released, and it hasn't been poured on site for months now. So maybe he's hanging onto the remaining bottles hoping they'll carbonate a bit like the Balaton b2 did.

It might be corny to "play this game", but I'm curious what people's top-5 Casey beers are. Mine in no particular order:

Balaton Cut b1
Hop Mess
Dry Hopped Oak Theory (especially Citra and Mosaic)
Apricot Fruit Stand
Leaner or CFP Laredo Plum gets the last spot. Don't make me choose :)

I think Hop Mess is my favorite Casey beer, wish I had more.

EDIT: would be more than happy to trade other Casey beers in my stash for Hop Mess. If you want to work something out let me know.

Hop Mess is my favorite Casey brew. IIRC, he mentioned around christmas time that it would be brewed again this year along with Brett Loves Mosaic.

You're right, I remember Troy saying that now...he also said he was going to dry hop the brett loves...beers.. Does anyone know if this most recent batch of BLC is dry hopped?

No, he's never dry hopped any of the Brett Loves beers yet. Shocking, isn't it?
Oh its just brewed with Citra not dry hopped, that's impressive. Also, tickets for the April 30th release will go on sale some time next week. I guess I'll be checking often, really looking forward to seeing Glenwood

Yep, but as Labors Of Hercules said he's going to start experimenting with dry hopping the Brett Loves series. Look out ch'all!! I don't think this, yet to be released, version of Brett Loves Mosaic is dry hopped either.

The collaboration with Cellarmaker is going to be very interesting. Troy is going to figure out the blend on Oak Theory and then he's going to send samples over to the fella's at Cellarmaker where they will figure out hop variety and quantity to add to the beer. All based on the taste and aroma. Now that is going to be some awesome **** right 'derr.

I have a Hopmess left and looking for a Riesling cut if anyone wants to swap... Im not a member this year so don't have access to 2016 beers.

Favorites for me in no order
Nectarine FS
Nectarine FP
Plum FP
DH OT
Brett Loves citra

Yulp, can't even be mad at a guy not wanting to sell me a "bad" beer. At the unthrifty price of $30 a pop I'm glad he decided to not put his reputation for quality on the line.

Anyone else have a saison freeze on them?
Opened one from my fridge that'd been there for a week. One bottle was perfection the other was literally a saison slushy...Nothing else in my fridge was frozen or even remotely chilly...

Luckily I got a glass after putting it a pour of warm water. Still tasted bomb.

Was it towards the back of the fridge? I've had that happen in my fridge (not with beer, but with other stuff in there) where a couple of things towards the very back of the top shelf would freeze but everything else, even on that same shelf, was fine. I think it has to do with where the cold air comes out, at least in my fridge. Other than that...no idea.
