Hey all,
I'm still a beginner I guess, I've turned out an IPA and two ales. They've all tasted great, but none of them have had enough carbonation. I'm bottle conditioning for a week, at around 70-75, a little warmer than where I keep my fermentors.
Should I let it condition longer in the bottle?
Should I bottle condition in a cooler place?
Not all of my beers have been flat, some have had a decent amount of carb, but not that frothy head I'm looking for.
Ideas?
Thanks!
E
