I just bottled two versions of my imperial stout I brewed about 2 months ago. One was bourbon oaked and one was normal. I decided not add more yeast to this at bottling. I didnt think two months was that crazy long to require additional yeast. The beer is right around 9%. How long do you think this will take to carb up. Its my first experience over 8%.
