Hey guys, im wondering how I could carb my beer without using sugar but still bottling.
The reason I want to do this is so after fermenting is done I can run the beer through a filter to remove any extra yeast and sediment. I was thinking about buying a keg and siphoning filtered beer into it and then adding Co2 for a few days then fill bottles, but I dont know if a bottling wand for a keg exists or if this is even a good idea.
Really, I just want carbonated beer faster and with little to no sediment left in the bottles.
