Not Cantillon but anyone planning a trip out to Beersel tomorrow for... certain reasons? Will be there early on, passing through on the way to London.

I would think anyone on this site able to make a trip to Beersel tomorrow knows those reasons :p I can't go tomorrow but if there's still a reason to go there Saturday I will go then.

Yep! Going there after Cantillon, reckon we'll arrive sometime between noon and 1. Just figuring out the public transportation now.

Shame, I think I'll just miss you. I'll be on the road again by 10 - need to be in Calais by 12.30!

Same on site from last pic I posted: 50n, zwanze 12-14, pineau d'aunis, ff

To go: lpg and st lam 3/person
Csg is out currently, but more to be labeled. Magnums of classic were available.
Had some delicious pineau once again, 50n is tasting great, Jean opened a cuvee florian, a beautiful old dusty ass bottle, more mellow and a lot more fruit than the 2014 Zwanze... I forget exactly the explanation of the difference.
Also opened an aged magnum, quite tasty...

any idea how old the cantillon magnum was?

Plenty of magnums for sale again?

When I visited last Friday they had a whole wall of them unlabeled, but I have no idea what's happening with them (zero carb, no?)

Was anyone at the public brew day today? Rather, did Lam or anything else sell out?
Wasn't there myself, but was told St Lam is still available.

And a new onsite only bottle Carignan, made with grapes that often attract brett. I had this about a month ago, it was nice, but I find Pineau d'Aunis amazing.
