Cant get it any cleaner.

So I have been trying to clean my carboy, but i just cant get it any cleaner. I filled it up with PBW and let it soak for a week, scrubbed the hell out of it now I am going to fill it with some sanitizer and let that soak for 24hours. will my next batch be ok or am I being paranoid?

That looks like a defect in the glass. Looks as clean as it's going to get. Just sanitize well.

If you are looking for alternative cleanser suggestions you could try an enzymatic dishwasher detergent. Better Bottle has a document in their technical section which recommends either Seventh Generation Free and Clear Natural 2X4 or Super Pro-zyme Enzymatic Cleaner.
