I recently got a kegland canner semi pro and really like it. It seemed to can great right out of the box.
I am starting to notice some leaks around the lid in 1 out of 3 cans, they are still carbonated when I open them but I am a little worried about long term storage. This only happens when I can condition, it has not happened when I fill from a keg.

Any ideas? Possibly using too much suger to condition with ?

Are you batch priming, then canning or priming each can ? It might be an issue with certain cans . I would think those cans are typically used in breweries , being filled from kegs . They may not be able to take the priming pressure .

How many co2 volumes are you priming ?

I'm canning each 16 oz can with 1 teaspoon of corn suger. I also have loosened my table spacer so it's not so tight. I hope that helps

Make the table spacer a bit tighter so the can is very snug on its table before spinning

Thanks but it is as tight as it can get without making the can get damaged during the seaming.

My main issue is with adjusting the right roller. When I get it spaced correctly for the x gap and then try to tighten the nut, it moves the roller even closer to the chuck, normally causing it to actually touch.
