Can you keep the Co2 bottle in the keezer with the corny kegs? Or is it better to keep it outside and bring the lines in?
 
Yup, it works fine and many of us do it. The vapor pressure inside the CO2 tank will drop a bit but this does not affect the capacity. Some regulators can respond a little slower at fridge temps since the rubber diaphragm is stiffer, so just make small adjustments at a time and check back after a few hours.
