Let me know if it is good.... good enough... add some things.... or just use bottled lol Would prefer not to waste money on bottled water though... I appreciate it!

Your report isn't really looking at the minerals and compounds that are important for AG. For your extract brewing, if you can't taste the chlorimine or you don't mind the taste, then it's probably fine. If you want to get rid of that taste, then there are tablets for that.

A good water report for AG will show pH, calcium, Cl, SO4, etc...

You need a report that shows water hardness and dissolved minerals like:

Sodium
Calcium
Magnesium
Potassium
Carbonate
Bicarbonate
Chloride Sulfate
Nitrate
Electrical Conductivity
Est. Total Dissolved Solids
pH
Total Hardness (Lime)
Total Alkalinity

Ward Labs offers one for $16.50 called "Household Mineral Test" which will give you this information.

Hmmm... There has to be a report from the utility that shows this. I will have to inquire a bit. This was all I could find online.

I had to call my water company to get the mineral content information. I called customer service and asked to speak to one of the engineers, or water quality analyst, someone with a title like that will know. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and interested in brewing, we've exchanged a few emails about homebrewing since. She said in Florida that the water quality report they release to the public has guidelines that the state requires. Things like mineral content information are only listed if they're outside the range of accepted levels, but someone there will know and should openly provide you the information. You should also ask if they source the water from multiple places. If this is the case, the water content will likely change depending on the source. As others mentioned, Ward Labs is supposed to be a good resouce.

As someone who recently starterd AG brewing, my advice would be to do a batch or two of AG before worrying about the water content. Removing the chlorines is a good idea, but other than that, you have enough to worry about with the new process. My two cents, good luck switching to AG.

Yeah, you've got chloromines, so might wanna treat with Campden for that; but otherwise for extract the water report isn't that crucial as long as it tastes good from the tap.

For AG though you really need all the mineral content like listed above, which you can get through Ward Labs, or by doing like I did and the poster above me, and find the appropriate contact within the water company that has much more detailed info.
